26-DAY DETOX Plan
Breakfast:
Around 6 am/7 am
1 Glass of water medium with ginger cucumber and lemon (1st) or with lemon and 1 drop of sider (apple or grape) very early in the morning while you taking vitamins/ or supplements or with out them
*Around 8 am /9 am is
1 Large Bowl of Paw-Paw or Smoothie with
Fresh berries or other fresh fruits plain
Large Glass Water (2nd)
Mid-Morning
11 am:
Fresh Garden Salad (small):
Butter Lettuce, Rocket, Cucumber, Onions, Peppers, Lentils, Carrots, Celery and/or Cucumber sticks with hummus
1 Tsp. of olive oil & balsamic/apple sider 2 or 3 drops.
Or Carrot soup with lentils or beans. Or beetroot soup with lentils and pear or similar.
Large Glass Water with Mint and lemon (3rd)
Lunch
12 /1 pm
Medium Bowl Mixed Fruit Salad:
(Prunes), Berries, Guava, Oranges, Strawberries, Melon, Apple, Banana
1 Large Glass Water with lemon or lime and cucumber (4th)
Mid-Afternoon:
2 pm- in between- Glass water (5th)
Keep it on your desk /or in your bag
3 pm 250ml Glass water (6th) &
Fresh Carrot or /Veg Juice (200ml) or
Veg Smoothie/protein (Mint & Green apple, protein 1 scoop)
Dinner:
(around 7 pm/7:45 pm)
150g Fish Fillet (kingklip/hake/sole) / 1 chicken breast (small)
100g Steamed Mixed Veggies no dressing, just simple spice (optional)
Large Glass Water with lemon(7th)
Last Glass of water
(Variations- 8th) next to your bed, just in case if you are going to be thirsty at night.
Important Facts:
Drink a total of 3 liters of water per day – We recommend 2 glasses per meal. No Fruit Juices – No Soda Drinks – No Tea or Coffee. No Alcohol, Sugar or Smoking. Times can vary according to suite your wake-up and sleeping times.
Meals should be consumed every 2.5h to 3 hours from when you have your breakfast. 3 to 4 h last meal before your going to sleep.
