To Build Skills in achieving a High Degree of Emotional Maturity and Spirituality

I will be holding a an exciting workshop at the Euro Psychiatric Nursing Conference held in Paris, France from the 19th to the 20th of November 2018

We need to focus on the multiple dimensions of workplace spirituality at the individual, group, community, organisational and global levels. The dimension of spirituality positively relates to organisational commitment. A holistic experience of workplace spirituality includes the physical, effective, cognitive, interpersonal and spiritual dimensions, feelings of joy and well-being, an awareness of the congruence between beliefs, behaviors, and the presence of meaning, an interconnection with others and a higher power, and a sense of transcendence. The concept of workplace spirituality means the ability to carry one’s whole self to work.
