Flow with Nina

Hi! I’m Nina Gardiner, a Certified yoga teacher with a holistic, mindfulness-based approach

integrating breath, movement, and mental clarity. My approach to yoga is holistic,

grounded, and informed by daily personal practice. With over 3 years of dedicated

personal yoga practice, deepened through completion of a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in

India, I bring embodied experience, alignment expertise, and mindful awareness to guiding

others. I integrate mindful movement, conscious breath, and mental clarity, drawing on

foundational knowledge of Ayurveda to support balance, digestion, and nervous-system

regulation. With a background in psychology, international hospitality, and competitive

chess and coaching, I bring a unique understanding of focus, resilience, and embodied

awareness into my teaching. Years of working closely with children and people across

diverse cultural environments have shaped a calm, patient, and attentive presence,

allowing me to guide individuals with sensitivity, precision, and respect for individual

structure.
